A. Any purchaser of a product at Bimba Gifts may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").
B. Below are the cancellation rules in brief (the full cancellation rules are found in the Consumer Protection Law and are binding):
third. The prices listed on the website are for orders over 10 units.
1. When purchasing a product - from the day the transaction is made until fourteen days from the day the product is received.
2. In the purchase of a service - within fourteen days from the date of making the transaction, provided that such cancellation shall be made at least two days, which are not rest days, before the date when the service is to be provided.
third. Cancellation of a transaction will be done in writing via e-mail.
and. A product with an image and inscription printed on it will not be returned.
It will be clarified and emphasized: the cancellation of the transaction is subject to the product being returned to the store owner in its original packaging, intact and/or without injury and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind.
